Overview
A custom Laravel mini CRM for Textilreinigung Lang (textilreinigunglang.at): customers, quotes (Kostenvoranschläge), invoices, credit notes, article catalog, PDF templates, a quote calculator, and email workflows — hosted and maintained on a managed VPS.
Problem
The dry cleaning & tailoring shop needed structured document flows (quotes → invoices → credit notes) with branded PDFs and reliable email templates, without buying a heavy generic ERP. Spreadsheets and manual PDFs slowed billing and made follow-ups inconsistent.
Solution
We built a focused PHP/Laravel CRM with customers, quote generation and calculator, invoice and credit-note flows, PDF templates, article catalog, settings, and email templates — plus VPS server management for a stable production environment.
